New 48′ X 60′ project.

New 48′ X 60′ modular office building provided for a major rail and trucking company.
Project included supplying a new 48′ X 60′ modular office building with a custom floor plan including private offices, two coffee bar areas, and two restrooms, On site electrical connection, with emergency power transfer switches, and plumbing connection, included in the scope of work.
Also included were a site built 30′ ADA ramp with a 6′ X 8′ covered landing with steps and handrails, a site built 4′ X 6′ covered landing with steps and handrails, and a site built 10′ X 48′ covered porch with steps and handrails.
